- Incorporated Trustees (Clubs, NGOs, Churches, Associations, All non-profit organization)
It takes between 14 and 21 days, and it can be less for Business Registration and Company Registration.
It takes 3 to 4 months for Incorporated Trustees (NGO, Church, Associations) Registrations
The reason is because of the publications that must be made and the waiting period before we can commence registration.
One Local and National Newspaper publication about your Incorporated name and the trustees. After which we have to wait for at least 28 days before we commence registration if there is no objection to the publication.
Yes you can, but we’ll advise you to do it once and for all because you might not be able to apply for some contracts with just Business name, you have to be registered as a company.
Also, you will still pay the same amount for the upgrade, meaning the previous registration money doesn’t count for you.
Yes, you can, but you have to pay 60% first, then balance the rest between two months. Your certificate remains with us until you balance up.
